Ruel Haymond has been a mentor and teacher of youth for the past twenty years serving in a variety of educational environments, including thirteen years on campus and three years online. His love of learning and passion for the John Adams Academy’s American Classical Leadership Education Model® permeates every aspect of his life, from the teaching of youth in more traditional settings to traveling with and the teaching of young people and their families in various countries for service / learning expeditions. 

Mr. Haymond holds a master’s degree in Education and Instructional Technology and is thrilled to be a part of the JAA family of schools that focuses on changing hearts and minds, inspiring a love of liberty, developing a self-governing citizenship—all through the greatest and most relevant books of all times.
