Dr. Morgan Ricks is a currently practicing physical therapist with a passion for human biology and philosophy.  He has published research in the International Journal of Physiotherapy and loves to study and share what he learns.  This desire to teach and share his knowledge influenced his desire to begin teaching professionally and he is thrilled with the opportunity to teach in the online program with John Adams Academy.   

Dr. Ricks has more hobbies than time but enjoys reading from a variety of genres, watching movies with his wife, going for walks around the neighborhood with his wife and toddler son, building and painting anything from toy figurines to cars and parade floats, and watching and playing sports. 

Morgan is excited to help the scholars at this great school to learn more about the wonders of life through their biology class and understand the foundational principles of science.
