Lauren Fader first joined the Academy as a teacher for the El Dorado Hills in-person program before coming to JAA-Online. Mrs. Fader is excited to help your child understand the importance of kindness, how to be a good citizen, and to know that making mistakes means that you are using your brain and trying! Mrs. Fader believes that the Online Program offers our scholars an opportunity to grow in their independence, while also growing in their ability to communicate and discover different ways to learn.  

Mrs. Fader and her husband enjoy going on adventures with their son, teaching him new things, and watching him learn and explore.  When she is not teaching, she loves to make yummy desserts and try new dinner recipes in the kitchen. She looks forward to getting to know each parent and scholar in her class.
