Kaitlyn Teesdale was drawn to John Adams Academy by the Vision & Mission as well as the 10 Core Values.  Mrs. Teesdale loves teaching in the John Adams Academy-Online program because of the flexibility for each scholar being able to learn in a way that works best for them. She also loves teaching elementary scholars because of the excitement and love of learning that goes on in the young, early grades!   

Mrs. Teesdale’s favorite thing about John Adams Academy is the school’s emphasis on educating to whole child.  The educational model, the Core Values and the flexibility of the Online program allow teachers to consider and help to grow many aspects of a child's life.  

Her favorite classic is “Frog and Toad” because she enjoys the friendship between the characters.  

Mrs. Teesdale lives in northern California with her husband and two sons. When not teaching she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, Disney, baseball (Go A's) and all kinds of sweets.
