Emmanuel Simon is thrilled to be teaching with John Adams Academy-Online, in part due to his enthusiasm about the Academy’s mission of restoring America’s Heritage by developing servant-leaders through the rediscovery of the Liberal Arts. His favorite part of teaching is getting to know the scholars and helping them learn how to think well on their own. His greatest reward in witnessing the scholars’ growth and development.  

Mr. Simon is a huge advocate for the online program because it allows parents to exercise their natural right to educate their child, while also providing helpful resources for parents to use.  He is excited to bring his passion for teaching and love for learning into the classroom. He strives to build a culture of greatness and foster an environment where scholars can thrive to become the best versions of themselves.  

In his free time, Mr. Simon enjoys learning, having good discussions, spending time with friends and family, playing sports, and exercising. When it comes to literature, his favorite classic of all time is Augustine’s Confessions. His observations are keen, and his words cut to the heart. If Mr. Simon was ever stranded on a proverbial deserted island, it would be the book he would take along for its timeless wisdom and introspection.
