Cari Smith’s passion for teaching and love of the classics brought her and her husband to John Adams Academy in 2020 just in time for the opening of the brand new Lincoln campus.  Cari was instrumental in establishing the John Adams Academy program in a new facility in Lincoln during a time of significant enrollment growth.  She loved the ability to bring the classics to life with her scholars, most notably enjoying reading Pinocchio with her first grade classes. Cari now brings her passion and joy for learning to a new role teaching in the Online Program.  She is excited to teach third grade this coming school year and continue to instill a love and appreciation for the classics.   When Cari is not teaching, she loves spending time with her husband, one year old baby boy, and Boston Terrier.
