Julianne joined JAA Online in February 2024. She appreciates the flexibility the online program offers—not only for her personal life but, most importantly, for scholars and families to tailor their education to best suit their unique needs and lifestyles.  

Ms. Welch has taught in a variety of educational settings, including TK/Preschool-Kindergarten public schools, 2nd-8th grade homeschool programs, and high school reading and math tutoring. Her greatest passion lies in early childhood education, which has always been at the heart of her career.  

Ms. Welch earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development with an Early Childhood Concentration from CSU East Bay in 2021 and a Master’s in Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University in 2023. She also holds a California Child Development Teacher Permit, which enabled her to spend several years teaching preschool before joining JAA Online.  

Deeply committed to restoring America’s heritage, Ms. Welch is passionate about supporting families and scholars through JAA Online. When not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her dogs and bunnies, and traveling.
