They learn about our American heritage, our John Adams Academy core values and what it means to be a servant leader. Scholars develop relationships with their peers and mentors through activities that build a robust classroom culture. This course is available in our LIVE model only.

In this course scholars learn foundational knowledge in English language arts, history, classic literature, and science studies. Logic of English and Handwriting Without Tears is the curriculum used for English language arts. Core Knowledge is the curriculum used in history and science. Classic literature is composed of classic childhood tales, fairy tales and other stories that align with the Academy’s core values. Our approach in teaching Humanities is exploratory and play accompanied with structured practice. This course is available in both our FLEX and LIVE model.
